putin has deployed russian warships to syria to face us navy

Putin described the surprise military attack on Syria, that saw 59 cruise missiles launched against a Syrian airfield from a US Navy Destroyer ship, "as aggression against a sovereign nation”.The strikes by the United States were a response to the chemical attack against Syrian civilians that claimed the lives of 80 people, including 30 children.

Experts, including former Congressman Ron Paul, are claiming that the chemical attack was a "false flag" designed to trigger World War Three between the East and West.Russia seems to echo this belief too, as according to a statement by Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov, the president believes the strikes were carried out “in violation of international law, and also under an invented pretext.

”The Kremlin spokesman insisted that “the Syrian army doesn’t have chemical weapons,” saying this had been “observed and confirmed by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, a special UN unit.”
